How We Help

  • To Listen (and HEAR) what people tell us they need in order to achieve their goals.

  • To design systems that meet the ambitions of those who have experienced disadvantage.

  • We recognise the importance of meeting peoples basic needs: Housing, Safety and Connection.

  • We recognise the importance of walking along side individuals understanding those with lived experience can identify their own solutions, giving hope and purpose.

  • To learn from these experiences and share knowledge creating system change in a landscape of integration.

We will design innovative solutions and carry out small scale pilot studies to enable those identified as ‘falling through the gaps’ or ‘high intensity users of services’ to identify successful strategies for themselves.

We will map community assets and work with key workers and other positive relationships to create a network of activity to support individuals.

We will be looking for roles for those with lived experience.

Through participation, we will ensure that data and information is embedded and available using technology.  This will produce an emerging evidence base.

This will inform future commissioning specifications.

This will enable those with lived experience to have career opportunities.

This will identify gaps in the evidence base.

Community Learning Network

  • Our research team will take evidence for all sources to create an accessible open source resource
  • We will encourage those who participate to be active in the community learning network
  • We have the ambition of a social influencer movement
